Villa Mimosa is situation in a protected forest area right in the middle of the triangle Benissa - Moraira - Calpe
This area is know for its green hills with residential villas, and picturesque streets. The villa is at the far end of a dead-end street, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Don't expect any roofs or villa's here to spoil your view. Here, nature is all you see around you.
The villa is set at an altitude of 170m, overlooking olive trees and a green pine forest. The blue Mediterranean see dominates the horizon between the green forest and the blue sky
The nearest restaurants are at 1km driving. The closest supermarket is at 1.5km, and Cala Baladrar (stone beach and great bar & Resto here) is at 3.5km via a beautiful winding road through the hills. The popular and beaches are just a few minutes further (Fustera, Moraira, Calpe)
